Restrictive Covenant Agreement for Fox Fields
Each of the 133 residential lots in Fox Fields is bound by the Restrictive Covenant Agreement for Fox Fields, Haverford and Radnor Townships, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. This agreement, referred to as the Declaration, was recorded July 21, 1978 in Deed Book 2567, pp. 640-657, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
